ABOUT US
Brunswick Lane started way back in 2015.
Back then, it wasn’t an ice cream brand. It was a recipe website created by Nate – a place to share favourite homemade ice cream recipes and flavour experiments. The site was originally called Scoop Club, which still helps Aussies make awesome ice cream.
Over the years, random people said, “You should sell this stuff.”
So in 2026, Brunswick Lane took a pretty radical turn. It became a monthly ice cream club for Melburnians, delivering small batch, mega-premium ice cream straight to people’s doors. Same obsession with flavour. Just a lot more tubs.
Flavour Comes First
We make ice cream the retro way and obsess about flavour. Milk and cream sourced from Vic dairy farms like Gippsland Jersey; seasonal fruit from nearby orchards in Bacchus Marsh and Yarra Valley; and other further-away ingredients like vanilla beans and pistachios that we’re ridiculously picky about.
We make almost everything from scratch ourselves.
- That means the ice cream base.
- The sauces.
- The cookie dough.
- The fruit compotes.
- The brownies.
It takes more work.
But the flavour is worth it.
You’ll never find Scoop Club stacked in supermarket freezers.
We’re not trying to become a mass-produced ice cream brand pumping out thousands of identical tubs every day. We’ll always be small batch and flavour obsessed so that you keep coming back for more.
